Deployments
In this section, you can find all deployments of high-risk AI systems that have registered in this database. Under article 3 (4) of the AI Act, "'deployer' means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body using an AI system under its authority except where the AI system is used in the course of a personal non-professional activity;"
Under the AI Act, deployers that are public authorities, Union institutions, bodies, offices or agencies or persons acting on their behalf have the obligation to register their AI systems in the High-Risk AI Systems Database.
